All lepua products are made to order and shipped from the United States.

Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 5–9 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time  
Canada & USA: 8–14 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email automatically.

lepua is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lepua.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

lepua is not responsible for delays, lost packages caused by courier services, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Tracking Policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking details are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier and destination. In some cases, status updates may not refresh immediately while the package is in transit.
